Finance Assistant

We’re currently looking for a **Finance Assistant** to join us at our **John Lewis & Partners** site in Bardon. You’ll support in the provision of efficient and accurate financial controls and will provide administrative support to the Central Management team.

What you’ll do on a typical day: *

You will support in the preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports
- Assist in the month-end accounting process
- Issue and Control Purchase Orders and create charging documents
- Liaise with Operational Teams over Agency Hours and Costing
- Support Management Team with any other duties

What you need to succeed at GXO: *

Advanced Excel skills including the ability to use formulas to a good standard
- Accuracy driven, with high attention to detail
- Previous financial, administrative and 3PL experience is desirable but not essential
