HR Manager

This is a newly created standalone HR Manager role supporting a head count of 100. You will take charge of the HR function, review and update policies & procedures ensuring that they are fit for purpose, end to end recruitment as well as support the businesswith training and L&D.
- You will work with the managers and leaders across the organisation to provide advice and guidance on HR matters.
- Manage incoming queries from employees into the inbox and coordinate recruitment.
- HR Planning and strategy - ongoing development of people strategy and engagement, development and implementation of people plan, developing and improving company culture
- Employee relations - maintaining technical knowledge to ensure legal compliance
- Performance management - overseeing process to assess and review individual performance, supporting in setting objectives
- Employee engagement - establishing and operating ongoing programmes of engagement
- We are looking for a commercially minded HR Generalist preferably from a Senior HR Management role who has stand-alone experience in a fast paced industry
- Ideally you will be MCIPD or CIPD qualified to level 5/7 with relevant HR Management experience.
As a business they are offering a hybrid working environment with the role expected in the office 2 days a week.
