Victor One Risk Management are looking to recruit fully-licensed SIA Door Supervisors to join our expanding operation.

The responsibilities of Door Supervisor will include, but are not limited to:

- Greeting and welcoming customers into the venue(s), as well as assessing their intoxication levels and challenging/refusing those who appear intoxicated.
- Ensuring that all customers that appear under the age of 25 present their ID in line with the Challenge 25 - Proof-of-Age Policy.
- Conduct such searches on bags and on persons as are necessary to prevent the introduction of drugs, alcohol or other such prohibited items into the venue.
- Monitor crowd behaviour to ensure that patrons do not engage in any threatening or violent behaviour towards others.
- Remove such individuals who occasion or cause harm, whether this be physical or mental, to others within the venue and/or themselves.
- Work closely with the venue's management to ensure that customers have a safe and enjoyable experience whilst in/on the premises.

All individuals will be employed on a PAYE basis and must have access to their own transportation, so that they can make their own way to and from shift. These positions are for operatives working in the Night-Time Economy, so public transport is unlikely to be usable.

Experience is preferred but not necessary.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
