**Job Summary**
Do you have experience in managing teams in a production environment?

As a Ripe Now Production Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of production staff to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the manufacturing process at our Kirton Site.

Shift pattern - 12hr continental 2,2,3 (dayshift)

The Role:

- Manage, train & develop the team ensuring high performance and strong team morale.
- Responsible for a dedicated area and ensure the shift operates to agreed set standards.
- Be a forward thinker to plan & oversee the production plan, ensuring the effective use of resource, monitoring headcount, efficiencies and cost effectiveness.
- Be responsible for ensuring all products are manufactured according to customer specification and expectations.
- Achieve full traceability for every batch of product through accurate recording of paperwork.
- Implement continuous improvement and lead by example and ensure all process and procedures are strictly adhered to and maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular visual inspections of machinery and report any faults or damaged parts to the Engineering and Operations Manager.
- Ensure your area of responsibility is always audit ready.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage working time effectively.
- Ensure Health & Safety and Hygiene standards are implemented, adhered to and maintained.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
