**Junior Video & Content Editor**

Are you a recent graduate looking to start your career in video production? Due to company growth our Creative Production department is looking for a Junior Video and Content Editor to join the team based in either Leeds or Manchester. This is a newly created position to support both our client work and marketing team.

**What the role involves**:
As part of the Creative Production team your role will assist in the editing of all video content for clients as well as working closely with the sales and marketing team to create assets and videos for connective3’s social channels, events and promotion. Working in a team of three, you will also be involved in video shoots with the opportunity to travel across the UK and internationally when required. The role offers plenty of opportunity to progress and develop as the company and team grow with a huge variety of client projects to get stuck into.

**What we are looking for**:
You will ideally have experience of video editing on numerous platforms, camera work skills and will be looking to grow and expand your knowledge working as part of a face-paced Creative Production team. You may have 1-2 years’ experience or be a graduate straight out of university, but we will provide all necessary mentoring, training and you will be given dedicated time to upskill and develop. You will also:

- Have experience working with video editing software (FCPX, After Effects, Premier Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- Have experience working within Microsoft Office, including Powerpoint, Word and Excel
- Be creative thinker, with an interest in digital marketing and media
- Be happy to work both within a team, and independently
- Have the ability to work across multiple projects at one time
- Have a strong portfolio of work
