- Comfortable working with financial data - budget forecasting and understanding of P&L
What does a typical day in this role look like?
- Work with Client Service Team and Procurement Team to ensure effective collaborative management of contracts. Advise client service team on new contracts, contract change process and interpretation of contractual issues.
- Work with Data and Analytics team to produce analysis to support optimisation of client investment and ROI analysis.
- Present insights to client stakeholders at all levels showing a clear story from the data in an engaging and informative manor.
- Build relationships with client stakeholders including service managers and insights team to aid in identifying opportunities to further add value.
- Build relationships with internal departments to ensure contractual compliance, governance structure, risk management, action planning all adhered to.
- Understand the market, trends, competitor ranges and initiatives from market research and analysis.
This role is working from the head office in Hertford.
This role will see you working for Blue Square.
