We are currently searching for a hardworking HR Administrator to support a busy but friendly HR team Our client are a global company, who are looking for someone who is able to thrive in a busy office environment and able to learn new skills quickly Full training will be provided, interviews are commencing immediately **JOB TITLE**: HR Administrator - Graduate* **JOB TYPE**: 3 - 6 moths FTC (Could be extended) **SALARY**: £22,000-£25,000 **COMPANY TYPE**: Global Company **LOCATION**: Central London **CULTURE**: Friendly environment, fast paced, fun, social, collaborative **BENEFITS**: 25 Days including Bank Holidays, pension scheme, discretionary annual bonus, social and fun team activities, recognition programmes and many more **OVERVIEW**: Support the HR function in delivering a commercially aware, solution driven HR, that is both legally compliant and meets the needs of the business, providing timely effective day to day administration support. **DUTIES**: - To ensure HR records are up to date - Administer all HR & payroll related documentation. - To answer employee queries on HR & payroll - related matters - Maintain HR Systems and files to ensure they are correct, up to date and compliant with current legislation. - Administer all HR/payroll-related documentation, such as Offer letters and Contracts of employment, salary review and general employee changes. - Complete all on boarding checks - references, pre - employment checks, new starter forms, notifications for payroll. - Create monthly reports through the HR System on HR metrics and update the Monthly HR report. - Support in the checking and reconciliation of the payrolls on a monthly basis. - To handle personal data in accordance with the Company's Data Protection Policy and Data Retention Guidelines. (GDPR) - Add PO's and process invoices **About you** - Educated to a high standard - (HR degree would be ideal) - Quick learner - Proven organisational and administrative skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Organised with a rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive "can-do" approach. - Excellent verbal and written skills - Respectful and works with integrity - Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
