Hospitality Host

Our friendly team at Meallmore are looking for a **Hospitality Host** to be part of the team in **Greenan Manor Care Home **in** Ayr**, to assist the home in creating a warm/happy and caring environment.

Greenan Manor Care Home, situated in picturesque Doonfoot, South Ayrshire, opened in January 2021 and offers a selection of high quality ensuite rooms featuring a range of modern conveniences. The care home provides the highest quality personalised nursing care for older people including those living with dementia and its related conditions.

**Your role as a Meallmore Hospitality Host will include**:

- To provide a high quality of customer service to clients and visitors
- To ensure that all clients and visitors are greeted and offered refreshment
- To ensure the café areas are stocked and kept clean and tidy
- To assist at mealtimes
- A keen eye for detail to ensure the home is always looking its best

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Front of House catering experience is essential, in a quality environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with a range of people
- Show a knowledge of the importance of excellent customer service, preferably a qualification in customer service

Pay Rate: £10.00 - £10.50 per hour + Benefits
