We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and reliable **Retail Sales Advisor** to join our team in **Belfast**: a busy and thriving branch with an amazing team of people.

We are one of the UK's biggest retailers of motorcycle helmets, clothing and accessories, with 16 stores across the UK. As our sole store in Northern Ireland, Infinity Motorcycles Belfast holds a special place as the go-to destination for riders in the region.

**What you'll be doing**:
As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to make our customers happy, building relationships to fully identify their needs, and provide recommendations and advice using product knowledge.

You will help the team meet daily sales targets and boost your store's success by promoting seasonal and special items, including our Club Infinity loyalty system.

You will take pride in the appearance of the store, keeping it clean and tidy, and check off incoming and outgoing deliveries.

**What you'll need**:
We are looking for people with a real desire to learn and make our customers happy. You will need to be confident, and enthusiastic and enjoy working in a busy retail environment.

Having a motorcycle license is not a requirement but would be a massive bonus

Previous experience within retail and ideally a motorcycle retail environment would be beneficial but not essential. Full training on product inventory will be provided on appointment.

A full understanding of the English language is required.

**About the role**:

- Part-Time - 16 hours per week, Permanent. (Part-Time hours are also available)
- Weekends only: Saturday & Sunday.
- £8.00 - £12.00 per hour + Commision.

**Hours of work**:

- Saturday (9:00 am to 6:00 pm)
- Sunday (10:00 am to 4:00 pm)
- Bank Holidays (10:00 am to 5:00 pm)
