Job description:
**Job Summary**

We are seeking a reliable, physically fit, and detail-oriented **Warehouse Operative** to join our logistics team. The primary responsibilities will include **offloading shipping containers**, **picking and packing customer orders**, and ensuring **accurate labelling and dispatch**. You must also strictly follow all **Health & Safety regulations**.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoys physical work.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Offload incoming shipping containers manually or with basic warehouse equipment
- Sort, unpack, and organise inventory efficiently
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately, according to dispatch notes
- Ensure all goods are handled safely and stored in the correct locations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse area
- Follow company Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Report any damages or discrepancies immediately to supervisors

**Requirements**:

- Must be physically fit and capable of manual lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred, but not essential
- Ability to follow clear instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and labelling
- Must have a positive work attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious
