**What will I be doing?**
You will be joining a team of 8 Service Desk Analyst who offer internal support across 3 different sites. You will get the opportunity to visit the other sites on various occasions and meet the people you are supporting.
1st Line Support duties:
- Ensure computing, audio-visual, and reprographic resources are well-maintained and supported
- Provide a range of digital media resources
- Provide customer-focused technical support
- Provide support on Windows 10 and Office 365
- Maintain a high ticket turnaround whilst providing excellent customer services
- Provide mobile device support (both iOS and Android)

1st Line Support requirements:
- Knowledge of Windows 10 operating system
- Knowledge of Microsoft 2016/365
