**Residential Support Worker**

Salary £10.08 - £10.70

Full-time & Part-time hours available

**Main purpose of the role**

To provide advice, assistance and support to people from 18, safeguarding their welfare at all times. To attend to their practical, physical and emotional needs. To act as an appropriate role model and to work closely with them to enable them to address their difficulties and achieve their optimum potential.

**Let’s Hear About You**

A driving license is preferable due the location of our services and part of your role could mean taking our service users to appointments or out on visits.

You don’t have to be experienced we are more interested in people who put our residents at the heart of care, have a good work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team.

The residents that you’ll be working with are Deaf and you will be given the opportunity to learn BSL level 1 and 2 allowing you to communicate effectively with the people you will be supporting.
