**Senior Network Engineer - 6 Month Contract - Outside IR35**

**Location**: Remote / Ad-Hoc travel to Manchester

**Rate**: Up to £350 per day

**The Role**:
A leading Institution are urgently seeking a Senior Network Engineer, with experience in Switching and routing protocol (e.g. BGP, OSPF), VMWare, Hyper-V and Cisco, to undertake an initial 6 month contract position. This role is Outside IR35 and can be undertakenremotely.

The role will be to take ownership of the completion of current projects and will suit a senior, hands-on individual who works well in a team environment.

**Experience requirements**:

- Industry-related experience as a Senior Network Engineer
- Strong foundation in organisational management and engineering
- VMWare Datacentre cluster, Hyper-V, RDP session management, VLANS, Cisco ASA 5516-X
- Overall comprehension of communication protocols (Mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g BGP, OSPF)
- Familiarity with control models and system security
- Strong comprehension of system working frameworks (Juniper, Cisco IOS)
- Sharp investigating abilities
- Capacity to work independently
- CCNP
