Leisure Club Assistant
- Full-Time or 2x part time | Shift Pattern: 6:30am - 3:00pm / 12.00pm-8.30pm / 2:00pm - 10:30pm (Rota-Based)_

About the Role:
The Leisure Club is the heart of our hotel, where all activities begin. You’ll be responsible for maintaining impeccable cleanliness and safety across our pool area, gym, changing rooms, and communal spaces, ensuring every guest enjoys a safe and welcoming environment to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and members
- Maintain excellent cleanliness standards throughout the Leisure Club
- Carry out regular pool tests and safety checks
- Report any faults with equipment or facilities promptly
- Create fitness plans and conduct inductions for members
- Process payments and manage membership enquiries
- Strictly adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role
- Reliable, confident, and highly organised with strong multitasking skills
- Passionate about cleanliness, safety, and excellent customer service (This is a high cleaning roll so experience is cleaning is essential)
- A team player who collaborates well with hotel staff to create a fantastic guest experience
