**Recruitment Manager (Internal)**

We are currently working with a highly successful business that has a rare opportunity to join the internal recruitment team.

Reporting to the Directors, this will be a critical role within their dedicated and fast-moving team for a company that has a National presence in the UK.

You will be driven to succeed and be able to balance strategic planning with a dynamic, hands-on and responsive approach to meet the constantly fluctuating demands of the Recruitment function.

You will have demonstrable experience in recruiting at all levels, including driving and leading recruitment actions for senior positions.

**Your Role**
- You will lead the Recruitment Team to deliver exceptional service, with a hands-on approach.
- You will respond to recruitment challenges with imaginative, pro-active, and dynamic solutions, devising and implementing new resourcing methods and opportunities to revolutionise recruitment successes.
- You will continuously review and improve recruitment processes, policies, and documentation.
- You must maintain recruitment metrics and take or drive relevant actions.
- You will participate in career events, and job fairs, for example.
- You will perform an effective CV screening service for relevant positions (and identify potential).
- You will support the onboarding processes and implement initiatives to aid staff retention.
- You will liaise with operational management to identify recruitment challenges, forecast future hiring needs and advise on best practice interviewing techniques and processes.
- You will maintain up to date knowledge of relevant employment law and regulatory requirements/changes.
- You will build a Recruitment pipeline, including overseas recruitment.
- You will build the company’s professional network to enhance recruitment potential.
- You will review terms with third party recruitment agencies, and manage the process and service delivery expectations.

**Your Skills**
- You have proven work experience at the Recruitment Manager level.
- You have hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- You are knowledgeable about relevant employment legislation and best recruitment practice, including overseas recruitment.
- You have evidence of revolutionary thinking including experience in pro-actively recruiting difficult to fill roles.
- You are a highly effective communicator.
- You have strong leadership skills.
- You have evidence of managing and delivering high volume recruitment campaigns.
- You have excellent organisation, decision making and prioritisation skills.
- You are capable of dealing effectively with ever-changing demands.
