**PRIMIS Mortgage Network** are seeking a number experienced CAS status **Mortgage Advisors**to join a dynamic PRIMIS Mortgage Network partner firm in their Independent Mortgage Advisory business representing the firm as a Mortgage and Protection advisor.

The partner Mortgage firm are a team of 10 currently led by 2 fabulous leading ladies whom are looking to grow even further with a further new advisor.

The role is employed with a basic salary of between **£2 8 ,000 - £32 ,000per annum DOE**and negotiable

**The commission splits for the advisor with this firm are particulary impressive and go from 20% up to 30% which is impressive alongside the generous base salary**

**High Quality Leads are provided with impressive conversion rates being experienced with the firm alongside over average loan sizes for this geography.**

**OTE for the role is £65,000 Dependent on performance with no income caps**

**The firm want to ensure that flexibility of working location and patterns is available to all advisors as they are parents themselves and understand what advisors want.**
