**Full job description**

Prestigious Glasgow aesthetic business are looking for an experienced Non-Surgical Sales Support Assistant to take responsibility for meeting sales targets of non-surgical treatments (therapist/Doctor-led) through optimising new client sales and supporting practitioners throughout the sales process, ensuring client sales process is optimised and targets are met.

**Please note the role requires previous experience from a sales-focused cosmetic surgery/ aesthetics background with previous experience selling therapist/nurse-led treatments.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To design a personalised treatment program for new clients, focusing on closing the sale during the consultation and ensuring clients are booked in as requested for appointments
- Working with team of Aesthetic Therapists and Nurses to ensure clinic non-surgical sales targets are met, by identifying sales opportunities and closing sales for therapists
- Ensuring five-star customer services are provided throughout the customer journey
- from consultation, to appointment booking, treatment and follow up
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships: To maintain contact with existing clients, following progress of the treatment program, recommending further treatments where suitable
- Administrative duties in relation to sale
- relevant paperwork etc. and sharing this with teams
- Ensuring treatments recommended are correct for the client and that the client is not contraindicated for these
- Resolving Client complaints and liaising with Management with regards to any client issues; client complaints, unsatisfactory treatment results, refunds etc.
- Treatment follow up calls, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times, communicating any issues with Management immediately when they arise

**Salary**: OTE Salary £25,000 + per annum

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,158.48 per year
