We are looking for an enthusiastic Materials & Logistics student to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning for our Supply Chain business unit in Huddersfield. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and **power your potential**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

- We are looking for a wide range of applicants studying across a broad range of degrees which could include Business, Supply Chain and Logistics
- A good level of Microsoft skills including Excel and PowerPoint are required, Power BI would also be advantageous although is not essential
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills in order to work with colleagues from different time zones and cultural backgrounds
- Willingness to learn and solve problems

**QUALIFICATIONS**

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- Working with worldwide project teams, Plant Materials, Demand Management, Account Management and Purchasing on new products parts forecast & planning
- Assist Planning & Logistics with Packaging data collections, system maintenance & improvement projects
- Assisting Materials with Freight Data and Premium Freight Activities
- Assisting Planning & Logistics with VPI (New Product Introduction) and Supply Chain Cost Reporting
- Manipulating and using data to establish the basis for actions
- Sourcing information, interpreting, developing and implementing solutions to achieve results by set deadlines
