Are you an experienced payroll administrator looking to work with a friendly team?
CASA Bookkeeping is a growing practice based in Harrow that promotes a good work life balance. Due to recent growth we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill a payroll administrator role processing the payroll for a number of CASAclients.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Production of payroll from start to finish
- Pension auto enrolment and salary sacrifice
- Act as first point of contact for all payroll-related queries and resolve any discrepancies
- Manage the Payroll inbox which involves liaising with clients and their employees
- Prepare monthly payroll reconciliations, journal and accrual reports
- Deal with all HMRC correspondence including late payment and RTI notifications
We are looking for someone with:
- Administration and organisation skills
- Proactive and able to multitask
- Excel skills
- Communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills, with calm approach to problem solving
- Numeracy and literacy
