**Hours**: 37 hours per week | between 06:45 and 16:15 Monday to Thursday
**Hourly Rate**: Up to £20.37 ph DOE
Are you a natural leader with a passion for production and people? We're looking for a proactive and organised **Production Coordinator** to join our Production team in Warwick
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll supervise a manufacturing team, ensuring production, quality, and health & safety targets are met. You'll play a key part in driving performance, supporting continuous improvement, and maintaining team morale.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and motivate team members to meet production and quality targets
- Allocate tasks fairly and rotate responsibilities to maintain engagement
- Support team members with problem-solving and recovery of lost production
- Monitor and adjust line balancing to optimise output
- Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock within your area
- Identify training needs and support on-the-job development
- Deputise for the Lead Production Coordinator and support wider management initiatives
- Attend start-up and quality improvement meetings
- Conduct weekly health and safety inspections and assist with risk assessments
- Experience supervising teams in a production environment
- Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle manufacturing or related products (e.g. RCVs, dump trucks)
- Familiar with single-line processes and health & safety standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexible with working hours, including weekday and weekend overtime
- Confident using Microsoft Office and presenting progress updates
