**Detailed Job Description**:
Remit are delighted to be recruiting a Production Chef Apprentice on behalf of the Ilkley Moor Vaults, Ilkley LS29 9HD. The Ilkley Moor Vaults is a much loved pub at the heart of the local community.
Your duties will include:

- Preparing food
- Cooking items from the set menu
- Identifying correct ingredients and portion sizes
- Assisting in setting up the kitchen
- Storing food in line with food safety regulations and good practice
- Assisting with stock rotation

**Skills Required**:
Passionate about food with experience of cooking (at home will do)
Great team worker
Organised

**Personal Qualities**:
Punctual, keen to learn and willing to work unsocial hours including evenings and weekends

**Other Information**:
Can you manage on the salary (£129 pw)?
How will you get home after a late shift? - check the transport, especially Sundays
Are you willing to commit to the length of the apprenticeship (14 months)?
