Retail Team Member

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, assisting them in selecting products, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques. If you have a passion for retail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed to enhance their shopping experience.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Utilise upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain an organised sales floor by ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately at the till while providing a friendly service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Experience in retail or sales is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- A proactive attitude towards selling and achieving targets.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £24,729.00 per year
