Role Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support on all compensation processes and policies and provide a regular review of all compensation processes and policies and make recommendations for improvements.
- Respond to compensation requests from the business and People community - PBPs, Talent Acquisition and other teams so that they aligned with global reward practices and ensure legal compliance.
- Keep abreast of legislation changes in reward and external market trends and highlight existing reward policies and procedures that may be impacted.
- Conduct job evaluations and make compensation recommendations whilst interpreting the benchmarking data.
- Drive consistency, standardization, and simplification across all compensation programs.
- Provide insights and input into the diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda.
- Serve as one of the compensation experts for the Workday HRIS system.
- Create and maintain a compensation dashboard for People teams and leaders to use.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Extensive experience working in international organizations, delivering compensation strategies.
- Deep understanding of compensation trends, market data, salary surveys, and job evaluation principles.
- Experience working with HRIS, Workday or equivalent.
- Ability to work autonomously with indirect supervision.
- Experience of working with multiple countries/markets.
