**This is the job** As Talent and Development Specialist, you will support the management, design and delivery of our Talent development and D&I programmes across the AA.

You will have expertise in core talent development theories and will design and implement key programmes and projects. As part of this role you will also manage group wide talent and diversity and inclusion programmes from design to implementation.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Implement talent and career development programmes including Apprenticeships and D&I programmes
- Be part of the design of our AA Talent development programmes personally and through suppliers
- Support on delivery of our D&I strategy through signature development events and ongoing programmes
- Partner with and provide support to our Employee Network Groups (ENGs)
- Work cross functionally to support the delivery of Apprenticeship programmes
- Regularly review feedback and make required amends and changes
- Provide data analysis on D&I projects, learning, return on investments, internal measures and action plans for any improvements that are required moving forward
- Use knowledge and understanding of L&D theory to support content design for both internally written and externally sourced leadership content
- Research the leadership/talent market to ensure the best possible solution for our business needs
- Regularly update our internal 'L&D Hub’ and D&I pages, ensuring relevant content is uploaded, content refreshed and kept up to date and relevant for all
- Onboard third-party suppliers, induction of facilitation team, and regularly monitoring performance

**What do I need?** Capability, Knowledge and Experience:

- Experience in designing talent and career development interventions
- Experience in facilitation and training delivery of talent programmes
- Experience in talent development initiatives and D&I programmes
- Strong and effective stakeholder management skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Track record of success in management of a projects and programmes and multiple initiatives
- Experience of managing multiple training providers and escalating contractual obligations where necessary

- Decisive thinker; able to analyse information quickly and use it to make robust decisions
