**Production Operatives**

Wicked Brick is the world's leading manufacturer of acrylic display solutions for pop culture collectibles. Founded in 2017, a company that was built from passion is now thriving as the definitive option for showcasing collectible brands such as Lego, Funko, Sideshow and much more. We are looking for Production workers to join our amazing team and improve our production. We have various roles available within our production. It is a varied work day that includes picking and packing materials onto racks for distribution and communicating effectively as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To ensure that daily production and quality targets are met within the work area.
- The ability to work quickly and efficiently
- The ability to concentrate while doing repetitive tasks.
- Good attendance and timekeeping record.
- Ensuring good housekeeping duties are carried out and work stations are a safe work environment.
- Ability to cope with changes in demands and circumstances.
- Ensuring all Health and Safety procedures in the work area are observed and followed and that relevant PPE is worn at all times.
- Working to achieve daily targets in a fast paced environment.
- Picking and packing items throughout the warehouse, preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery.
- Liaising with colleagues and Team Leaders to ensure efficiency.
- Sorting and placing materials onto racks and shelves.
- Supporting new members to the team.
- Operating a Laser machine and working from 2D Drawings. Full training provided.

**Hours**

We have both days and a rotating two week shift pattern available.
- Days - Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm (8 hour shift)
- Shift - Monday to Friday - one week 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm (8 hour shift)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£26,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cambridge: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
