**Contract**: Full Time, Permanent

Are you a skilled Maintenance Operative looking for a varied and hands-on role? We are seeking a proactive individual to join our compliance team and carry out essential maintenance works across a range of properties.

**Job Role**:
As a Compliance Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring our properties meet required standards by undertaking a range of planned and responsive maintenance tasks. You will play a key part in maintaining safe, compliant, and welcoming environments for our clients and residents.

**Key Tasks Include**:

- Carpentry experience preferable
- General building experience including plastering, decorating and building maintenance.
- Basic computer skills and competent at completing paperwork on electronic devices

The role will include works such as gutter clearances, core drilling for ventilation and loft works.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a maintenance, handyman or property compliance role is desirable
- Practical skills across the listed maintenance tasks
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Flexible and proactive approach to varied workloads
- A positive attitude and willingness to help maintain a safe and compliant environment

**What We Offer**:

- Hourly Rate up to £14.42 per hour, dependent on experience
- Ongoing training and support, with additional training provided for specific new work
- Opportunities for progression within a supportive team
