You be focused on customer service, understanding of the applicant journey with demonstrable experience of the UCAS system and the principles and processes which underpin a fair and transparent admissions service. You will have the ability to manage, motivate and train a team, and excellent communication skills able to liaise externally and internally. You will also be driven to explore new ideas and be creative when finding solutions to complex and always looking for ways to improve processes.
