The Staffing Network are recruiting several Operatives for their Recycling Client based in Bourne, Lincolnshire.

We are looking for Operatives who are looking for career progression within an expanding company. You will start as an Operative and progress onto a Machine Operator after a period of training. A Forklift license is also advantageous, however not essential as after your successful probationary period you will be offered training for a Forklift license.

The shift pattern is as follows:
2 weeks of day shift 06.00 - 18.00 4 on / 4 off

2 weeks of night shift 18.00 - 06.00 4 on / 4 off

This is repeated

This is an immediate start with excellent career prospects

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.13 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 12 hour shift

- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bourne, PE10 0DJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
