**Entry Level Contracts Manager**

Salary - £28,000 (DOE)

Hours 7:30 - 4:45

Monday to Friday

Our client is looking for an entry level contracts manager to join their fantastic team. This role has fantastic progression and career opportunities within a well-known company.

This role will be 60% office based and 40% site based where you will be able to develop your skills. This role would suite those with a degree in surveying or equivalent or building related who would like to work and grow as a Site Contracts Manager helpingto price jobs liaise with clients and grow within this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join this trusted professional and very welcoming organisation that takes on projects for some major corporations. You will be out on side 40% of the time and taught how to price the jobs along with client liaison etc asper below. It is as role that you can make your own grow and develop with.

Key Responsibilities:

- Driving to site to meet operatives/clients
- Booking in jobs/programme of works
- Coding and quoting for clients after site visits
- Ordering of materials
- Site surveying
- Managing H&S requirements on site
