**Be the Speech and Language Therapist you always wanted to be**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist with experience in Autism and/or SEMH to join our growing multi-disciplinary team, to provide assessment and intervention across a range of settings, but specifically into specialist educational provision. The successful applicant will provide Speech and Language Therapy as part of the multidisciplinary team within the school and be supported by regional supervision, mentoring and appraisal. CPD is encouraged and facilitated, including access to the national network of clinicians who work together to develop practice according to special interests.
**Be More**

As a Specialist Clinician you will be an HCPC registered SaLT, with a minimum of two years’ experience working with children and young people with Developmental Trauma, Neuro-developmental Conditions in particular Autism and Special Educational Needs.

The therapeutic practice model within Witherslack Group is informed by evidenced based theory and recognised best practice. It aims to support children and young people with to live healthy and happy lives, establish meaningful relationships and achieve their full potential. Many of our settings have established trauma-informed, ADHD Friendly and National Autistic Society accredited approaches to education and care. The Clinical Service team within each setting includes Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Clinical and Educational Psychologists, and a broad range of Therapists with expertise in Counselling, and Drama, Art and Psychotherapy.
