**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
- Select appropriate materials and techniques based on the project requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines while performing tasks.
- Complete projects within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work at heights when necessary.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for travel between job sites.
Pay: £13.80 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
