Senior Finance RPASupport Analyst

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Finance RPA Support Analyst, within the Central Finance team, who would provide guidance and support to the Finance automation programme. Working as part of a newly developed team in order to investigate new automated/strengthenexisting automated processes. Based out of our Hemel Hempstead office with monthly team meetings.
**What you will be doing**:

- Support for live process, manging the deployment of new processes into a live environment and reviewing error messages are consistent, accurate and clear
- Proactive review of Master Log Files and responding to Bot error messages
- Monitor and review daily RPA process runs
- Managing inbound/outbound mailboxes including mailbox rules
- Responsible for coordinating and chairing meeting cadences including stand ups, governance, hyper care and internal IT meetings
- Building a close relationship with other teams involved in the RPA support process, especially the Local IT Service Manager and Group Finance IT teams, understanding how system changes may affect BOT processes
- Backup for credit note data table updates
- Intranet Web Page management (RPA pages on Face to Face)
- Provide SME knowledge into process development, ensure that each process has a template, video training and error message file on the RPA intranet page
- Participate in UAT and report findings to Automation Manager
- Management of the Teams and SharePoint site including ensuring information contained within the Wiki pages is up to date and take scheduled backups
- Communication of issues to Senior RPA team, Finance teams and requestors in a timely manner
- Working with the RPA Product Owner to identify, evaluate and track RPA opportunities across Finance
- Preparing monthly reports/analytics and reviewing/managing exceptions

**What you’ll bring**:

- An analytical and logical process when identifying and resolving issues
- The ability to work with people across different teams/geographies and manage issues through to resolution

**It would be great if you had**:

- Oracle eBuisiness Suite, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Ui Path, Azure DevOps
- Experience of creating reports using PowerBI
- Experience of using Power Apps/Power Automate is desirable
- Experience of managing support teams is desirable
