The Records Administrator role:
- You'll be reporting to the Records Manager and supporting all the attorney teams by updating and maintaining case records with the relevant information.
- Booking new cases.
- Setting up and updating client records.
- Adding/updating workflows for action by the attorney teams.
- Liaising with the attorney teams to resolve queries.
The ideal Records Administrator:
- Excellent and clear communication both written and verbal
- Some digital admin experience within professional services is essential
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexible towards change and ability to adapt quickly to changes
- Excellent competency with Microsoft Office
