**Job Purpose**

The Global Chief of Staff requires support across all fronts to help push the company’s agenda forward. This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Graduate looking to learn more about the world of business.

You will report to the Chief of Staff and work in close contact with the Senior Leadership Team, gaining insights into strategic decision-making and operations of running a business.

This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

**In this job you'll get to**

You will support our Chief of Staff as a supporter and advisor in all areas of daily business. Not limited to:

- Through a diverse repertoire of projects for which you are responsible and ad hoc tasks, you actively drive our company's growth
- You will help push Astound Commerce’s Sustainability agenda forward and build out CEO & Chief of Staff communications to the entire company
- You are responsible for the development and preparation of presentations, building out content that reflects the purpose of the presentation
- Independently organising appointments, meetings and workshops including the preparation and follow up on their content
- You will support the C-Suite communications plan to the whole organisation
- Work with C-Suite to ensure initiatives and activities are being seen through to completion

**Your skills and qualifications**
- You will have completed an undergraduate degree
- You draw your energy from the diversity of tasks: You are driven by conceptual and strategic as well as operational tasks
- You have a hands-on approach: organised, efficient & agile and like getting stuck into projects
- You are able to use own initiative and reliable: following through on commitments
- You have an eye for detail
- You are an autonomous, self-starter who is looking for opportunities to grow
- You are a people person: move with empathy and looking forward to collaborating with people from round the world
- You are a communicator: both written and spoken English
- You may have some office experience - beneficial though not essential
- You are confident in liaising with senior members of the team
