**Job Summary**
The Majestic Theatre is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Front of House, Box Office & Bar Associates to join our friendly team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll be a key part of creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our audiences—whether you’re checking tickets, serving drinks, or helping with queries at the box office.

This is a flexible, zero-hour position ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a lively, creative environment with varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front of House**:

- Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner
- Check tickets and manage audience entry and exit
- Ensure the theatre space remains clean, safe, and welcoming
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the performance

**Box Office**:

- Process ticket bookings using the theatre’s ticketing system
- Handle customer queries in person, online, and by phone
- Manage cash and card payments accurately
- Support promotional campaigns and upsell where appropriate

**Bar**:

- Serve drinks and snacks efficiently and responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and restocking of the bar area
- Adhere to licensing laws and challenge age where required
- Monitor and report any issues promptly to the duty manager

**About You**:

- Friendly, approachable, and confident in dealing with the public
- Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail
- Able to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or theatre is desirable but not essential
- Bar and/or box office experience an advantage (training can be provided)

- Day shift

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
