Our client is an internationally renowned and expanding their logistics/ 3PL supplier/warehouse management solutions organisations. Their services include supplier management, warehouse management, retail goods supply etc

The role is to provide technical IT /Warehouse management systems (WMS) support for EPOS systems/ devices. Ensure all warehouse IT Systems operate effectively and efficiently.

Other aspects of this role include
- Manage availability of the EPOS (electronic point of sale) system/devices including training equipment. Ensure maintenance program for the EPOS systems
- Updating / Troubleshooting technical issues
- Provide technical and user support on EPOS, FRS, network, user workstations and servers
- Log, manage and follow support tickets
- Assist with training of warehouse/ops staff on how to process EPOS

We are looking for someone with these abilities/ qualities / experiences:

- IT / Tech Savvy
- Ideally EPOS systems experience
- Looking to launch their career within IT support
- Able to commute/ travel to other locations when needed

This is great opportunity for someone with some grounding in IT who wants to progress. This is a site based role.
