**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for superstar bartenders to join our teams.

**Works with**: All Staff

**Reports to**: General Manager, Assistant Manager, Bar Manager

**Purpose of the role**: To assist the managers in creating a personalised ‘Lucky Voice’ experience where each guest feels welcomed and appreciated within our bar

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all guests have a great Lucky Voice experience by being upbeat, friendly and super-efficient
- Have a thorough understanding of the Lucky Voice product
- Have a total understanding of all of the products on the menu, and to share this with the customer. Know what it is, how to describe it’s taste and the price
- Have an ever-evolving understanding of new techniques and new products
- Financial responsibility for tabs/room bills during service
- Maintain your standards throughout your shift, make sure nothing is left unfinished at the end of your shift
- Maximise sales and revenue by working efficiently
- Complete all assigned opening and closing procedures and running duties
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager on Duty to enhance the customers experience
- Personally deal with any complaints that may arise during the service period, in a cool, calm and collected manner at all times
- Quarterly cocktail testing ensuring the highest standards are always maintained
- Actively promote the bar to your network of local businesses or industry colleagues in an attempt to drive footfall and sales to Lucky Voice
- Keep consistent levels of service between the bar and karaoke areas
