**Working Hours**: 7am til 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am til 1pm on a Friday

**Salary**: £11.44 an hour

Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a **Production Operators** to join our well-established client based in the **Merthyr Area**area.

This role presents a unique chance to become a part of a dedicated team within a well-established **Manufacturing**company.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking **Production Operative** to join our busy manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role where you will be a key part of the production process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the smooth running of the production line.
- Catching, folding, and banding paper blankets efficiently.
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workspace.
- Following health & safety guidelines at all times.
- Supporting other team members as required.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an advantage but not essential.
- A strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
