Breakdown
£20.50ph (PAYE)
Mon-Fri Site hours -45
38 flat hours
7 hours x1.5
Initial project 18 months on a large mixed use residential scheme
The Company:
Our client is a leading provider of M&E Installations across the Northwest and the UK. Working in partnership with some of the UK’s best-known building contractors.
Electrically works values are up to £5M and projects can last up to 18 months
You will be overseeing all the direct and sub contract electricians and specialist works such as controls and fire alarms/door access/security
You will be required to work away when required.
You will hold tool box talks and attend client meetings.
You will be responsible for procuring materials.
You will have overall responsibility for Health & Safety of the electrical works and implementation of RAMS on site.
The Person
- Strong Supervisory skills
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- JIB Gold Technician card
- A clean DBS check is essential too
- NVQ’s and City & Guilds in electrical installation & 18th edition
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC & Mechanical works
- Ability to manage team and sub contractors and liaise effectively with the project manager
This is a great opportunity to join a leading M&E contractor with a very healthy order book of secure projects.
**Salary**: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
