anzuk Education is actively seeking **Primary Teaching Assistants** for long-term positions in and around the Camden area. We are looking for individuals dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment, ensuring that each child can flourish academically and in all other areas of their lives.

**Primary Teaching Assistant Job Description**:

- Work closely with teachers to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide 1:1 support to students, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Cultivate a welcoming and secure classroom environment that instils a sense of importance, respect, and enthusiasm among all learners.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and be an invaluable team player.

**The ideal Primary Teaching Assistant**:

- Has a genuine love for working with children and an unwavering dedication to their growth.
- Is patient, understanding, and has the ability to adapt to various learning styles.
- Has strong communication skills, both with students and fellow team members.
- No classroom experience is necessary, but any suitable background in working with children is required.
