**Your Background: Sales, estate agent, medical/ care/ education recruitment.**

**Field: SEN Education - recruiting for schools, AP, councils.**

**Location: Loughton, Essex, 2 min from Loughton Tube Station.**

**Hours: 9am - 530pm (Mon-Fri).**

**Salary: £22k - £40k (1st Year OTE) 2nd Year £80k OTE, negotiable, dep on experience.**

**Useful experience: If you have been an SEN TA for or worked in a School**

Active SEN is one of the most highly regarded and fastest growing recruitment agencies for SEN Schools and settings. We provide staff to SEN settings across London and SE England. You can be a recent school leaver/ graduate/ experienced or worked in another sales sector or in medical recruitment or as an estate agent. You must love making a buzz We pay an excellent basic plus uncapped commission.

**This is a sales role and you must be outgoing and confident on the phone.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Finding suitable staff for our array of clients.
- Using our IT systems to maximise your work.
- Teamwork - no working from home.
- All parts of the Recruitment Consultant role, full cycle
- Answering complex payroll questions.
- Negotiating with our clientele.

Pay: £25,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
