Banham Poultry (2018) recruiting for a Line Leader to manage busy production line with any day to day queries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare work area for production on a daily basis
- Check orders with Assistant Departmental Manager
- Ensure customer specifications are being met
- Delegate staff duties as required
- Complete orders within the timescale
- Oversee staff training on-line
- Minimise wastage
- Ensure that return to work interviews; disciplinaries and grievances for staff are undertaken
- Undertake problem solving within production
- Monitor and maintain health & safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards in line with GMP
- Monitor waste, yields, stock rotation and costs for their line
- Any other duties required by Senior Management

**Shift pattern / rates**
- Monday to Friday 0715 - 1645 OR Monday to Friday 1645 - 0215
- Wages - DOE

**Requirements / training provided if required**
- Good general production background
- Health & Safety Awareness
- Knowledge of COSHH
- Manual Handling Training
- HACCP Awareness
- Environmental Awareness
- Food Hygiene Certificate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
