**JOB PURPOSE**:
The role involves providing training and support to new ABA Tutors within schools so that they can complete their RBT (Registered Behavioural Technician) qualification. This will include training new tutors on basic ABA theory, helping them to implement ABA programs and providing feedback on their performance.

Applicants should hold a RBT qualification or a higher qualification in ABA. They should have significant experience implementing ABA within a school setting.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- NVQ 3 level qualification or equivalent in a study related to the role
- To have worked at an ABA tutor level in schools (particularly mainstream primary or special schools)
- Experience in implementing ABA programmes
- Knowledge of H&S legislation and guidance
- Willing to develop knowledge & experience
- A good understanding of Autism, related conditions and strategies appropriate for their management
- Knowledge of Code of Practice legislation, National Curriculum and appropriate legislation
- Able to produce concise & accurate reports & analyse dat
- Self-motivated with drive and enthusiasm to work as part of a tea
- Must be able to work to deadlines, maintain confidentiality, flexible within an approach, effective and efficient verbal and written communication skills
- Organised with a positive approach to public communication and customer care
- Able to travel to temporary bases, such as schools, touch down bases
- Experienced and able to utilise IT solutions for remote working
- Must be able to perform all duties and tasks with reasonable adjustment, where appropriate, in accordance with the provisions of the Equality Act 2010
