**Job Overview :**:We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic painter & decorators to joint our growing maintenance team Our skilled workforce deliver facilities support services across our client sites. The role will be responsible for carrying out a range of painting and decorating duties and associated maintenance support tasks. They will report to the Engineering Supervisor and assist other site based technicians as required in the delivery of reactive, planned and ad hoc painting and decorating tasks.Suitable training and up-skilling may be given, as and when required, to achieve competency and the ability to perform the role in the Pharmaceutical environment.

.**Main Duties:**:Responding to painting and decorating related planned and reactive maintenance work orders issued by the Mitie helpdesk in accordance to the contract SLA and KPI's Communicating with the customer Painting service provision to across site whilst supporting fabric technicians and other trades as required.Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing local site standards and procedures whilst complying with legal regulations.Assist in the delivery of planned and reactive painting and decorating maintenance across site working under the direction of the Technical Services Manager and Engineering Supervisor. Flexibility to work out of hours and at weekends. Flexibility to carry out other reasonable requests from line manager to support the wider team
