**What You Can Expect To Work On**
- Conceptualize, implement, and maintain gameplay systems that achieve a fulfilling flow state, addictive game loops, and a risk/reward balance
- Be an active member of the development team using inclusive collaborative frameworks with diverse teams to decide on goals and establish the stories players want to tell within a given release
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation (such as design outlines, diagrams, and visual mockups) that details the triggers, interactions, and subsequent events of specific features or aspects of gameplay
- Be resourceful and solve problems using the tools and time/scope available to create unique and fun experiences for players.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams such as art, narrative, animation to ideate and delivery new player character designs
- Have an eye for improving process and efficiency to make life easier for the Design team.
- Collaborate with the Development team to create clear and concise design documents for feature implementation
- Communicate the technical requirements and vision for design workflows and pipelines.

**Requirements**:
**What You Need to Succeed**
- **Thoughtful Problem Solving**: Build a structured approach for complex game systems that maintain game quality while minimising complexity.
- **Experience.** 4+ years of experience in professional game design experience
- **Technical Abilities**: Exposed with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent task tracking and collaborative environments
- **Flexibility**: Remain flexible in the changing priorities, while work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
