Every so often an opportunity comes along that is so unique, it can change the quality of your life in an instant.

Not only will you be launching brand new products, but you’ll be travelling to the Mediterranean five times a year to spearhead the Credit Risk Strategy of an emerging name on the European credit card market.

You’ll be taking ownership of the Credit Risk Strategy for both customer acquisition and customer management stages, develop the organisations risk appetite and cover collections, recoveries and fraud strategies. You’ll build a team from the ground up, andput the steps in place to achieve the company ambitions. All of the systems are in place to get started, they just need you to get things moving.

This is the role for somebody who is looking for a highly unique opportunity and doesn’t shy away from a challenge as the company has been trading for just five years, meaning customer data is rapidly growing, yet still in its early stages. Ideal for a seasonedCredit Risk Manager or a Senior/Lead Credit Risk Analyst looking for the step up in your career.

You can be based in the UK with occasional travel to Europe as well as the odd meet up with your manager in either London or Edinburgh - all travel is paid for by the company.

**About you**:

- Very strong understanding of Credit Risk.
- Vast knowledge of statistical software packages (SAS/SQL/Python).
- Capable of forming strong professional relationships.
- Leadership qualities.
- Pro-active in your approach to work.
- You will ideally have exposure to Credit Cards or similar retail lending products.
