**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our accommodation sites, including communal areas, offices, and individual rooms. This is a flexible, part-time role suited to those available during school hours or seeking bank work, with potential for full-time employment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain communal areas including kitchens, toilets, offices, and hallways (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying bins)
- Perform end-of-tenancy deep cleans for vacated resident rooms
- Conduct daily Health & Safety checks (e.g., showerhead cleaning, room condition checks)
- Report cleaning supply needs to your line manager
- Adhere to all Health & Safety and COSHH regulations
- Follow all internal policies and procedures
- Communicate regularly with residents and staff
- Work under the guidance and supervision of the Senior Support Worker
- Occasionally provide cover or attend other sites when needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Enhanced DBS check (required)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Flexible and willing to adjust hours based on operational needs
