**Ruby on Rails Lead Developer**

**Salary**:up to £70,000

**Location**:Hybrid (Bristol once a month)

I am working with a learning management system specialist as they continue their mission to benefit customers by streamlining work-flow processes, from virtual courses, through to digitalised employee life-cycle support.

Following their success, the company are in a hyper growth phase and are planning to expand significantly in the coming years.

As part of their expansion, they're looking for a hands-on Ruby on Rails technical lead to join the team and help coach and coordinate the company's software development team.

As a technical lead you will support and build solid teams that will help drive the business' digital platforms and provide personalised care packages for clients.

Technology Stack:
Ruby on Rails / JavaScript / HTML / Azure / AWS
