**About the role**:
You will be responsible for advising, recommending and resolves difficult assignment and termination problems of a regulatory or procedural nature referred by lower-graded employees or as assigned by the supervisor. You will participate in resolving a variety of housing problems by assembling facts through interviews, monitoring complaints, and other housing actions and issues as well as perform presentations, conduct meetings, and conduct special studies or reviews. A valid **CAT B** driving license will be required for this position. Your hours of work will be **37.5 hours per week on a fixed schedule Mon-Fri 0800-1630**where start & end times may be modified due to mission needs and in accordance with the organization’s flexible working policies.

- Professional housing certification is desirable
- A valid **CAT B** driving license.

**Other significant facts about the role**:
You will be required to handle and safeguard sensitive information in accordance with applicable US and UK laws, rules and regulations. You may be required to travel by military and/or civilian aircraft, and you may also be required to travel to the US or other country, in the performance of official duties or attend necessary training, this position may also be coded as mission essential. You will be required to complete a **6-month** probationary period. Overtime may be required, and you may be assigned other duties not included in this position description, but that are appropriate to the grade and skill set of the incumbent. Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Demand Reduction Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing. Illegal drug use by employees in sensitive positions presents a clear threat to the mission of the Air Force, national security, and public safety. Position may be coded as mission essential.
