**About the Role**

As a **Production Planner**, you’ll be essential to keeping our production flowing smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys tackling logístical challenges, streamlining processes, and working collaboratively to make sure every batch meets our high standards.

You’ll work closely with our production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure we deliver our products efficiently and consistently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Crafting Production Schedules: Plan daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to balance demand and capacity.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with procurement to ensure that raw materials are available when needed.
- Problem Solving on the Go: Quickly adapt schedules when changes happen and keep production moving.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for efficiency improvements, working with the team to implement solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure alignment across production, logistics, and quality to meet our standards.

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**
- **Production Planning Experience**: Ideally in food production or FMCG, though other backgrounds are welcome.
- **Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail**: Ability to prioritize, plan, and keep processes smooth.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in Excel and planning software; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- **Analytical & Proactive**:Ready to dig into data and make informed, quick decisions.
- **Great Communication Skills**: Ability to work well within teams and build rapport across departments.
- **Team Player with a can-do attitude**: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
